Saddleridge is located at the southern end of Wimberley where RR 12 dead ends at the junction and heads east towards San Marcos. If being closer to San Marcos for work, education or shopping is important to you then Saddleridge is a must see. Two things to pay attention to when looking in Saddleridge. First, there are some of the most wonderful old growth, Oak forests to be found here… but you will not find them if you do not get out of the car and walk the property. On one block you are standing in tall forest and in another you are standing in a Cedar field. Most lots are between 2 to 10 acres. There are also some wonderful views at the back of some properties. Depending on your home location, children attend either Wimberley I.S.D. or San Marcos I.S.D.
